The Bad Ones aren't Always from Mars

you're climbing the stairs, unaware that she's hurting
bad and lying very still on the floor by the door
but it's locked cause she was hoping
you would come back for more

She Falls Asleep, McFly

In this case, he falls asleep.
I know I won't favour one side merely because I'm closer. (Right, Rocky?)* I'd root for the right side anyway.
But at this point, dear, you're the only one who can make it stop or make it better.
*He is not Rocky, Rocky is happy.

Holiday~

Spent the day babysitting my maksu's kids. =)
Tiba2 saye jadi ibu beranak 7.

Muhd Anas Mustakeem

When I arrived he was out playing, when he got home he made sandwiches. Semorg start mintak "Akeem, nk satu!" "saye nk jugak!" "saye nk jugak!"

Without being asked, suddenly he put up a show. Singing sayang2.. hik hik..

Mar Leiya Ayeesha

This is the baby of the family. Born on Aug 21 2006. Exactly 21 years younger than me.. hehe~
Kenit2 she was soooo antisocial. If a stranger even said 'Hi' to her, she would cry. huh! but not anymore!! dah boleh pegi join abang2 bergaduh.. hahah! Owh, I bathed this girl today. Guess it's been about 8 years since I bathed a baby. So much fun!

As a thank you, maksu gave me a cake for me to decorate~ my first one (lambatnye da 23 br dpt my 1st?)

Seronok!

tekun~
somehow the cake seems glowy

HUSM (saje2)

Saturday, Nov 15 2008, 9 am to Monday, Nov 17 3 am.

45 hours. 3 states; Pahang, Terengganu, Kelantan.

Haha! It might sound terrible but I guess it's not so bad. That's actually our journey for Pharmacy Practice IV visit to Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia. Before the trip, many asked why in the world would we have to go to this place? Ape beza this place with others? Well, a whole lot! We were really amazed with the establishment of the pharmacy department here. Not to belittle the pharmacy department of the hospital that we have been attached to though. I guess afterall, USM is the leading pioneer of the profession in this country. Many of our lecturers and seniors in this profession graduated from USM. So it's no surprise that HUSM is claimed the leading pioneer of the practice. I'm sure many of us are now quite intrigued to apply for PRP here. And the long journey, hermm.. i guess saying it was worth it is quite overrated (maybe we should have been given the chance to berjalan2 like we did perak 2 yrs ago?) Still, the journey was something.

Left campus at 10 after a breakfast of Nasi Lemak. Can't sleep so I joined my friends. Erm, we sang. ahahhaha~ chronicochronologically, 70's, 80's, 90's xsempat2 nk masuk.. ahaha.. tapi sampai kerteh tak larat dah.. ahaha!

Alang2 da sampai area2 pantai timur ni our classmates berbaik hati hosted lunch, tea and dinner for us. We had lunch at Nadia's in Marang, tea at Duwe's in ermm.. mane? Nilam Puri eh? and dinner at Kak Asiyah's in ermm.. Kubang Kerian? =P thanks semua.. seronok!

Malam Saturday tu they brought us to Pasar Borong Wakaf Che Yeh. heee... tudung.. tudung.. but maybe penat (and CR kasi sejam jek?), takde la byk sgt semorg beli.. The next day after the visit to HUSM they brought us to Rantau Panjang pulak. Huhu.

Penat la bila da sampai.
Nk amek pics from ppl pn tak larat.
Hihi.
=P
(saje je nk tulis2)

Not My Words

For the last few days, I'm in the company of a close friend of mine. Funny, we're on the same campus but we don't hang out that much. Just mere bumping-intos. We like sharing stuf and merapu2 with each other but we don't feel the need to do it often (not in days, not in weeks). Our merapuing frequency is about once in months. Haha! The last time we hung out and merapu was like in June. Then senyaaaaap je. But when we start, hah!

It's nice to have someone who can be honest and can handle your honesty. (rarely find that, not even in you, my friend. kadang2 je jumpe. heh! guess it's in the nature of your kind =P)

" It takes a lot of bravery to love somebody.
And loving someone new doesn't mean we forget the previous one,
But the new person has to be given a fair chance."

A dear friend of mine shared this (and other shocking revelations) with me.

Honesty

I like this song.
There was a time when I would sing this song wholeheartedly and can totally relate to the lyrics.
(not recently though, don't flatter yourself)

If you searched for truthfulness,
You might just as well be blind.

Marmalade Boy

"Why are you unhappy?"

"Have you seen Guang Xi?"

"Why?"

"Did you hear bout her date with You?"

"Was there such a date?"

"Someone saw them together at the park. The news is spreading like mad. Some even saw her leading against his shoulder bla bla bla"

"Wait a minute! Have you said enough? Even if all these were true, then so what?"

Matters of the heart. Can you really question it and get straight answers?
No :)

Tropical Storm

Just found out there's "Tropical Storm Fay"

It's the sixth named storm of the 2008 Atlantic hurricane season. It's blamed for 36 deaths. The damages done by Fay is estimated at USD180 million.

Formed from a vigorous tropical wave on August 15 over the Dominican Republic, Fay passed over the island of Hispaniola, Gulf of Gonave, island of Cuba and Florida .

Get this;
  • August 18, Fay made a landfall on Florida Keys then veered into the Gulf of Mexico.
  • August 19, Fay made a landfall near Naples, Florida then went northeast to Florida Peninsula.
  • August 20, Fay emerged into Atlantic Ocean near Melbourne.
  • August 21, Fay re-entered near Daytona Beach then crossed Gainesville and Panama City, Florida to Panhandle.
  • Fay weakened on August 26.
36 deaths. USD 180 000 000 estimated loss.
Jahatnye Fay.

Yet,

"Heavy rains from Tropical Storm Fay are alleviating a drought that has bedeviled the Southeast for years, and another storm on the horizon could help even further, National Weather Service experts said Monday."
USA Today 8/25/2008 7:44 AM

Fay tu. (what are the odds that it happened (August 15 - 24) around my birthday?)
Fay ni? =P

Dear Lie

you(and I) hide the truth so that they would go for what u(and I) think is best.
at the expense of your own happiness(and mine), nonetheless.

that usually seems like the right thing to do, right?

wrong!

hiding the truth on the accounts of protecting ur pride?

double triple wrong!

no one would be better off with your lies(and mine)

thank God for ijah (& christopher)

I'm not the kind who'd fleet at the first signs of trouble.

I always like to try and work things out.

But not this time. I don't know why.

Tired I guess.

Not the first time this sort of thing happens to me.
Not the only person I've had this kind of problems with.

I truly feel everyone will be happier this way.
I know I will =)
(though I really hate it when i have nowhere to turn to..)

Sorry if you don't feel the same.
